Concert agency founded by J.P. (Jack Payne) Barwick, a former accountant retired from the Public Service of Canada. 

Scope and content
The fonds consists of records illustrating the agency's activities and those of J.P. Barwick:  biographical records; correspondence with artists, musical societies, sponsorship agencies, artist managers, unions and government agencies; minutes; legal records; financial records; travel diaries and personal correspondence of J.P. Barwick; press clippings; photographs of artists. 

Immediate source of acquisition:  acquired from Frances Duncan, widow of J.P. Barwick, in 1979, 1980 and 1995.
