Leila Gugy fonds.  - 1876-1906.  - 4 cm of textual records. 

Biographical sketch
A composer born in Beauport, Quebec, Leila Gugy was president of the Quebec Provincial Woman's Christian Temperance Union sometime during the period 1900 to 1910. 

Scope and content
The fonds contains records illustrating Leila Gugy's activity as a composer:  autograph music manuscripts. 

Immediate source of acquisition:  acquired from Philip Chaplin, grandson of Leila Gugy, in 1981. 

Restrictions:  none. 

Finding aids:  inventory. 

Associated material:  the Gugy family fonds in the Archives nationales du Québec, Centre d'archives de Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches.
