Biographical sketch
Self-taught violinist and composer born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Ned Landry made his name by appearing on numerous radio and television programs, including those of the famous fiddler Don Messer.  He has many recordings to his credit, including eight on the RCA Victor label, and collections of fiddle tunes published by Empire and Thompson.

The fonds contains records pertaining to the musical activities of Ned Landry:  biographical documents; correspondence; concert programmes; publicity; press clippings; photographs of Ned Landry and artists; sound recordings of Ned Landry and of radio programs.
