Vol. 3034

Forty-seven of the photographs in this file were taken during the James Bay Treaty (Treaty 9) payments in northern Ontario, July 1906. The last three photographs were taken during the Moose Factory and Moosonee trip for the adhesions to Treaty 9 in the summer of 1935, probably by Commissioner H.N. Awrey. This file was formerly part of the Red Series, RG 10, vol. 3034, file 235,225, partC, and was later transferred to the Photo Division, accession 1971-205. The images in the RG 10 file are copies of the original photographs. 50 pages.
