Conclusion

LAC has carefully identified all actions in this plan to improve its internal management capabilities at the appropriate level to support the delivery of its mandate. These actions also reflect LAC's current resource availabilities. LAC is confident that the progress made in implementing the MAF assessment recommendations will enhance sound management within the organization, which in turn will increase its credibility and relevance to Canadians.
