Formative Evaluation of the National Archival Development Program
Final Report
1.0 Introduction
In 2006, Library and Archives Canada (LAC) established the National Archival Development Program (NADP). The objectives and activities of the program were modified from the previous Grants and Contributions program to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the archival community and reflect LAC's new mandate (LAC, 2005). As part of its evaluation strategy, LAC scheduled this formative evaluation to be conducted in the second year of the program. This document constitutes the formative evaluation's final report.
