The CCA is responsible for the management of the NADP and reports to the LAC. The CCA leads discussions with Provincial/Territorial Councils, disseminates information to them, and also communicates directly with project recipients. The CCA requests clarifications to applications, administers funding to organizations, and responds to questions and concerns. Provincial/Territorial Councils also play an advisory role to member institutions within their province/territory. They assist members with applications, adjudicate projects and recommend projects for funding. Provincial/Territorial Councils also conduct projects, and often receive a large proportion of the allotted provincial/territorial amount to do so. All project recipients report directly to the CCA.
