A review of documents and administrative data related to the NADP was conducted. This included reviewing program guidelines, application forms, business plans, reporting templates, and reviewing a sample of project files (n=20). The project files were reviewed on site at the CCA where they are housed. The projects were chosen for review so to include a variety of project types and sizes. The following parameters were used to choose projects for review:
Within the project files, documents examined included completed applications, revisions to applications, contribution agreements, email correspondences, interim and final reports, and tools or other deliverables resulting from the project. Other documents reviewed included the program contribution agreement, the Treasury Board Submission, Terms and Conditions, and the NADP RMAF-RBAF. Documents relating to performance measurement were reviewed as well.
