4.0 Monitoring and Evaluation

This subsection describes the mechanisms and methodologies that will yield the necessary performance information to monitor the results of the sub and sub-sub activity area. Six mechanisms are described:

  • Program File and Document Review;
  • Progress Against Workplans Analyses;
  • Database Analyses;
  • Public Opinion Surveys;
  • Meetings with Staff and with External Stakeholders and Experts; and,
  • State of Collection Analyses (Surveys).

The following subsection will identify the indicators associated with each of these mechanisms.
