1.3 Structure of the report
This report contains five sections, including this introduction. Section 2.0 describes the NADP, including its policy context and logic. Section 3.0 states the key evaluation questions and the research methods used to address them. Section 4.0 summarizes the key findings, and Section 5.0 presents the conclusions.
