Nature of defect:  The first sentence in the section reads:

"... Z-clients and Z-servers must support one or more common record syntaxes."

All specifications listed require support of at least two syntaxes.

Proposed solution:  The first sentence in the section should read:

"... Z-clients and Z-servers must support two or more common record syntaxes."
