8- Explore the Activity Resources section for information on the Quarantine Act. What is the purpose of this Act?

9- Take several minutes to review the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

As a class, or in small groups, discuss the following questions:

  • Is there any "freedom" in the Charter that might come into conflict with the Quarantine Act?
  • Could there ever be a situation where these two documents might come into conflict?
