Our Resources

Literary Archives

Library and Archives Canada (LAC) collects, preserves, describes and makes accessible archives that document the history of children's literature in Canada. Focusing on the work of Canadian writers and artists, LAC holdings include manuscripts, original artwork, correspondence, photographs, prints and other documents. These enable researchers to study the processes involved in writing and publishing Canadian literary works for children in their historical context.
