Lampman, Archibald; Canadian poetry

The collection was established in 1925. It forms part of the Edith and Lorne Pierce Collection of Canadiana.

The collection includes Archibald Lampman's (1861-1899) literary works in all variant editions, and nineteenth century literary periodicals and newspapers. Secondary critical works on Lampman are also included. New editions and critical works are acquired as they become available.


72 monographs; 1 vertical file (3 items); manuscripts. Supplementary material to support this collection will be found in the main stacks collection.

Bibliographic Access
The collection is catalogued on-line. NLC Canadiana authorities and LC subject headings are used. The NLC classification schedule for Canadian literature is used. Items catalogued before June 1980 and after February 1990 are recorded in the National Library Union Catalogue. Special bibliographies and/or indexes include "imprint" files.
