Prairie Provinces--History; Prairie Provinces--Politics and government
Dr. A. C. Rutherford's collection was comprised originally of materials on the history of Canada; regional history (Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, and particularly Alberta and the Prairie Provinces); travel books; voyages and exploration. It also contained a miscellaneous collection of Canadian literature. Dr. Rutherford donated his collection in 1951.
