Assets: What strengths does your group/region have to offer? What could it give to, share with, or trade with other groups/regions in a new Confederation? (Must assets be material?)

Needs or wants: What do they need or want that they could hope to get from other groups/regions?

Give each asset or need points from 1 to 5. (1 = not very important, 5 = very important)
