Suggested Activity Modifications

  • Reduce the number of items required
  • Assist the students with reading the research information or provide an audio version
  • Provide extra time
  • Have students work in pairs or small groups
  • Provide an opportunity for students to dictate orally both the information and the paragraph
  • Create a date timeline for the students, which they can then use to plot the dates and information
  • Provide a format for a crossword puzzle
