Nova Scotia Archives and Records Management acquires and preserves government and private-sector records of provincial significance and facilitates access to them. The Web site is uni-lingual English. It contains a guide which describes the major genealogical sources available at the archives. It explains how to do your research and where to look. There are several databases of particular interest to genealogists. The site also links to databases of other institutions within Nova Scotia. Inquiries can be sent by e-mail, fax or telephone.
