Title:PABLO QUI COURT
Title year:1990
Unused title(s):La Femme De Pablo Ruiz (Working Title)
Original dialogue(s):French
Description:Pablo is his own man; he is always on the run. Cynical and yet sensitive, he commits petty theft to get by. He unscrupulously makes away with the meagre takings of an accordion player busking in the metro. But it turns out that she dishes out as good as she gets. Intrigued, even mesmerized by this older woman's strong personality, Pablo starts loitering in metro stations in the hope of seeing her again. The two loners eventually find each other and Pablo moves in with the accordion player. Alone in the apartment, he discovers the savings of his new partner, who catches him red-handed. Caught off guard, Pablo flees without even trying to defend himself. But danger lies in store: in his mad dash, he risks losing himself.
