Description:Karmina, a young vampire, flees her native Transylvania on her wedding day, to the great despair of her parents, the Baron and Baroness. She takes refuge in Montreal at the home of her Aunt Esméralda who has her drink a potion of her own invention that will enable Karmina to live during the day and experience human feelings. She falls in love with Philippe, a passionate young musician. But Vlad, her despicable fiancé, also arrives in Quebec. Transforming the customs officer, Chabot, into a vampire so that he can be his accomplice, Vlad leaves in pursuit of Karmina.
