Taking it to the extreme in CMAJ
CMAJ 2001;165(1):75 [PDF]

Have you tended patients in the furthest reaches of the Canadian Arctic or in the dust bowls of the Sahara? That is to say, have you practised in extreme conditions?

If so, CMAJ would like to consider your story for this year's Holiday Review. Maybe it was a one-time thing, such as arriving at the scene of a multicar pileup in Canada, or maybe your work situation is always extreme. Either way, let's hear your story (john.hoey@cma.ca).
