About Tom Bentley
Tom Bentley divides his time between Canada and San Francisco, where he is working on a commission he received to write for the theatre.
Tom Bentley's career has been primarily as a director in the professional theatre. A year and a half ago he resigned as Artistic Director of a theatre in Western Canada in order to dedicate himself to writing full time. During his twelve year tenure at that theatre he established and worked with the mandate to develop and produce original Canadian plays.
Tom Bentley has had two new stories appear in Canadian literary magazines during the past summer. He is also a published playwright.
