Broken Chains
Cailean Darkwater of Australia is a young woman who enjoys writing and reading for the sake of it. Cailean hasn't been writing long ... and what is written is fairly short.
Cailean says, "I'm trying to make the world a nicer place with my work. Some might think this
aim is very altruistic, but remember, we all live in the world anyway, if we
improve it, we benefit ourselves, as well as others."
Cailean goes on, "I'm a personal assistant in a small firm. My job can be compared to
babysitting, except I don't get to watch TV. Or get cookies from the cupboard."
Cailean Darkwater loves listening to music, going to the movies, and reading and writing of course! She says she hates any form of discrimination, superficial people and people who
put on airs of something they are not (poseurs). She says, "I dislike popular opinion's
ability to sway the masses, 10 million people can be wrong. And you may be
right. I'm a firm believer in an individual being special because they are
individual, and hate people who lump everyone else together under a label."
The first piece ever wrote Cailean says, was a love letter that was received with less than favourable results!
