Inditer Author AlertNews Received April 07, 2001 from Donald Grant DeMan
The Prizes! - - - Donald Grant DeMan is not only a fine writer, a teacher of writing, but is also a painter of great talent......Donald's wife, Diane, extremely talented in her own right....offer up the great prizes for our writing contest. Donald Grant tells us as of the publishing of this notice, six prizes are up for grabs....three of Don's fabulous oil paintings and three of Diane's great crocheted works. As Inditer.com operates without funds, the donation of these prizes by the DeMans is greatly appreciated, coming as they do, on top of the work Donald Grant is putting into taking care of the contest itself. That also partially explains why the pictures awarded as prizes will be sent without frames, with a protective plastic shield. The pictures will be approximately 19 inches in size.
If you would care to see some of the oil paintings done by Donald Grant, visit his site at Inditer.com and go to Possibility Arts - Don & Diane's WebsiteDon goes on to say:
My deep thanks and appreciation to the authors who have taken up the gauntlet, slaved and invented to produce stories of such imagination and spark. So far I've laughed, I've cried, I've wondered aloud. My oh my such a range of talent and gray matter!
