GREECE

The Greece pavilion, an island of white on Île Notre-Dame, offers a true change of scenery. The architecture of its immaculate cubes is reminiscent of the Hellenic islands, as is the rocky landscape dotted with plants native to that part of the world. The exhibits describe Greek civilization's universal legacy in literature, arts, science and political traditions, from ancient times to the present. The pavilion also highlights Greece's natural and archeological riches. People curious to learn more about Greek culture can watch a film or attend an outdoor show.
