Young Cadets - Serving the world from our shores - Did you know that...

These "young cadets" are actually Boy Scouts being inspected by soldier, archivist and historian Ernest A. Cruickshank. While Cruickshank was stationed in Calgary, he was appointed the director of the new Boy Scout movement in Western Canada.
