Gallery - Photos for Sale
Early professional photographers generated the bulk of their income from the creation of photographic portraits. Some, however, sought new, untapped markets in which to create a demand for their services; while some created photographic souvenirs of corporate ships and trucks, others opened up shop in unlikely locations, or sold their work to interested government agencies.
