the disposal of Transitory Information Resources of government institutions.

The Librarian and Archivist of Canada, pursuant to subsection 12(1) and 13(1) of the Library and Archives of Canada Act (Act), consents to the disposition of Transitory Information Resources, when a government institution subject to the Act decides that these documents have no business value for the institution.
