[adopted] appears in the cells for those Dublin Core elements adopted by the GC RMMS, namely, Creator, Description, Identifier, Language, Subject, Title and Type. In such cases a mapping is not applicable since the Dublin Core elements have been integrated into the GC RMMS.
14. The importance of preservation warrants considerable study; hence, elements pertaining to preservation are outside the scope of this edition of the GC RMMS.
