Assisted Passage form, Allan Line, 1883.
This Assisted Passage form is a government form adapted for use by the Allan Line and dates from 1882. Forms were different colours depending on who was to complete the form. There was one form for mechanics, navvies, general labourers and their families; one for agricultural labourers; and one for female domestic servants.
