IMMIGRATION ACT, 1928, (STATUTES OF CANADA)

Immigration Act, 1928.
The Immigration Act listed criminal offences against the state for which an immigrant other than a Canadian citizen could be removed from Canadian territory. It was widely used in the early 1930s as a tool for deporting communists and other radical activists.
