Presented "Project Naming: Always on Our Minds", a paper, at the Museums and the Web conference in Vancouver, British Columbia. June 2005
Presented "Project Naming", a paper, at Heritage Canada's Canadian Heritage Information Network's colloquium "Cultural New Media Days" at EXPO 2005 in Aichi, Japan. Participants at this event included museum officials, government representatives, educators, artists, researchers and web developers from across Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

October 2005
Organized the two-week research visit from Igloolik Elders Louis Attak and Abraham Ulayuruluk, as well as for Government of Nunavut staff Joanna Quassa and Sylvia Qulitalik (formerly Ivalu). During this trip, they identified photographs from our collections of material from Igloolik (Iglulik), Pond Inlet (Mittimatalik/Tununiq), Repulse Bay (Naujaat/Aivilik), and Arctic Bay (Ikpiarjuk/Tununirusiq).
