Usage:

The OCLC ILL Error List extension is sent by the OCLC ILL system in a Status-Or-Error-Report APDU when an APDU has been received and it cannot be processed correctly.

This extension has been in use since August 1997. It may be replaced with the IPIG-Additional-User-Error-Information extension in the future.
