Registration Form
Register of Identifiers Assigned to ILL Protocol Implementors
Complete this form and submit it to the Interlibrary Loan Application Standards Maintenance Agency to request a numeric identifier if you, as a developer of ILL Protocol-based applications, require your own identifier for use in local ILL object identifiers.
Local ILL object identifiers take the form:
1.0,10161.x.1000.z.y
"x" identifies an ILL object class
"z" is the identifier for a registered implementor
"y" enumerates the object definitions, within that class for that implementor.
For example:
OCLC is assigned the identifier "2" and has used it in the object identifier {1.0.10161.13.1000.2.6} for the local external object OCLC-Shipped-Extension.
Reports submitted using this form will be posted to the Register of Identifiers Assigned to ILL Protocol Implementors.
For queries on the status of a registration request or more general questions about the use of the ISO ILL protocol, contact the Interlibrary Loan Application Standards Maintenance Agency.
