Scope and content

Image depicts scenes from the Breda Peace Conference of 1667, where the Treaty of Breda was signed on July 31 by England, the United Netherlands, France, and Denmark. The print is divided into ten different scenes, with the largest one depicting the conclusion of the treaty in the centre. Scenes have Dutch captions, for which there are English translations at the bottom of the print.
