Scope and content
This photograph is likely of a watercolour, the original location of which is unknown. Item is of unknown provenance, acquired sometime before the initial cataloguing date of 5/6/24, written on the verso. Image depicts Montreal's Victoria Bridge, with a locomotive emitting smoke going across it. In the foreground, there are four people on the banks of the water, and in the distance sailboats are visible. On the verso, there is pasted on a photocopied reproduction from the booklet, "Montreal in Half-Tone" depicting the old and new Victoria Bridges.
