Scope and content

Colour lithograph of unknown provenance, by Ottawa-based lithographer A. Mortimer. Image depicts a view of Old Fort Garry in Winnipeg, with an H.B.C. flag flying. There is a teepee on the left, and several people with ox-carts in a field in the centre.

Physical condition note
Print is dirty and scratched, especially around the edges of the white margin. There is a horizontal and a vertical fold mark through the image.
