Scope and content

Colour lithograph after the painting "The Horse Fair" (c. 1853-55) by French realist artist Rosa Bonheur. This lithograph was produced by the W.J. Morgan Co., a lithograph company founded in 1866 and based in Cleveland, Ohio. Print is numbered 947. Image depicts a crowd of horses being led and ridden by men in an outdoor setting. Item is of unknown provenance.
