Probably a print after a work by John Hewett, a captain in the 52 Regiment of Foot. See artist file: Hewett, John [705-720]. Information from catalogue card: SH. 232 Image depicts a winter scene in New Brunswick, showing officers on their way to a meeting. People are travelling largely by horse-drawn sleighs, and some people wear snowshoes.
