Scope and content
Fonds consists of a manuscript of "Men of Valour", Lt.-Col. MacIntyre's reminiscences of service in the First World War; and a diary kept during the First World War and revised after the war, 1914-1919. The fonds also contains photographs of John MacIntyre and family, Fort William. Ontario, 1870-1875; John MacIntyre at home at Fort William, Ontario, ca. 1890; portraits of Sir George Simpson, Harriet Dufferin, Sir Charles Windham, Lord Milton, Daisy Fitzwilliam, John MacIntyre, Lord Dufferin, and A.G. Archibald, [1870-1895]; and two group photos of Canadian Pacific Railway Engineers, 1871-1872.
