Additional information

The Bowell papers were received in 1921. Warrants, commissions and souvenirs (volume 134) were received in 1957 from Mrs. F. Kaiser of Peterborough, Ont., through the Rt. Hon. John G. Diefenbaker. A letterbook, 22 January to 28 November 1895, concerning N.W.M.P. positions, was transferred in 1972 from the Privy Council Office (volume 77A).
