Scope and content
Series consists of typed transcripts of the Fleming diaries for 1848-1853 that were prepared by Sir Sandford Fleming's son, S.H. Fleming, and are incomplete and often inaccurate. Copies made in 1960 from originals in the possession of Mrs. Grace Reinhardt of Peterborough, Ont. Also included are extracts from Fleming's diary for 1843.
