Scope and content
Series consists of files concerning arbitration boards, constituted under the Ontario Crown Employees Collective Bargaining Act, on which Walsh served as a member. The disputes involved such unions as the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, and various Ontario provincial government ministries and agencies. The case files usually contain Walsh's notes and correspondence, briefs and evidence presented to the board, collective agreements and arbitration board awards cited by the two sides, and the award or decision of the board.
