Scope and content
Series consists of material from the city of Toronto to Otter on his assumption of the command of the Infantry School Corps, signed by over 600 of Ontario's leading citizenry, and from the mayor and curé of Rimouski to Otter on the return of the First Contingent from South Africa in December, 1900. The latter received in 1983.
