Biography / Administrative history

The Atlantic Regional Office is a regional headquarters located in Amherst, Nova Scotia. The Maritime Region became known as the Atlantic Region effective April 1, 1977. The region consisted of 31 bands and 68 reserves. Regional Administrative Histories, 1958-1990, (Bands, Agencies, Districts). Unpublished draft in the possession of the RG10 archivist, prepared by Peter Kiefl et al.
