Biography / Administrative history

Following the creation of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in 1966, agencies were joined to form larger administrative units called districts. The File Hills-Qu'Appelle Agency and the Touchwood Agency merged to form the Touchwood-File Hills-Qu'Appelle District Office, Saskatchewan, effective November 1, 1970.
