Scope and content
Series consists of records from the DRB Headquarters Central Registry and cover the complete range of scientific and operational research, as well as records related to the administration and organization of the Board. The file classification system is block numeric, with blocks 100 to 999 covering administrative functions, such as organization, personnel, facilities, equipment, transportation and security. Blocks 0100 to 9999 cover all scientific matters and are generally described according to their military application, e.g. 0100 is guided missiles, 1000 is ammunition and explosive materials, and 9000 is surgery.
