The series includes a copy of Johnston's birth certificate, the original certificate of his marriage to Florence Jamieson 1910 (note small sketch on back of marriage certificate), and his national registration form 1940 (listing his specialities as "Dynamic Symmetry, landscape and figure painting, poster expert, lettering - descriptive writing, camouflage, press photography"); also included are some Jamieson family postcards, Florence's examination results from the Toronto Conservatory of Music 1908, two copies of the programme for a music recital at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg [1922], and North Toronto Collegiate Institute school results of Frances Anne Johnston 1925.
