Scope and content
Sub-series consists of records created by W.C.(William Clifford) Clark during his term of office as Deputy Minister of Finance. They relate to the various international and domestic problems with which the department had to deal from 1932 to 1953. The records came in four different accessions; the third one, from volume 3970 to 3993, is the most important; a detailed list was prepared before its transfer by J.F. Parkinson, a former senior advisor to the department.
