Scope and content
This is a preliminary record, please consult the linked accessions. Sub-series consists of International Project files created and/or maintained by the External Aid Office. These files include specific projects files arranged by country, individual and types of project. They consist of financial or grant arrangements including contracts, expenditure breakdowns, progress reports, lists of Canadian Commercial Corporation commitments, purchase authorities, receipts, reports, and project requirements. The arrangement of these records is according to main file blocks assigned to specific countries with secondary numbers assigned to each project and tertiary numbers to aspects of the project (i.e. 107005 - Grenada - 1 General File, 107005 - Grenada - 2 Inspection charges, 107005 - Grenada - 3 Export packaging).
